This position will be responsible for the renovation of existing campus structures, performing carpenter maintenance needs as they arise on campus, and assist with ground keeping. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: - General carpentry skills - Operates the necessary tools of the trade - Ability to read and follow blueprints - Schedules the installation of projects - Computer skills including web browsing; Excel, MSWord - Professional, clear, and concise communication - Deal tactfully and work effectively with others - Ability to lift over 50 pounds - Climb ladders and stairs - Work after hours or on call as needed COMMENTS: Sponsorship is not available for this position.
